  If you have an existing house plan that you would like to use and would like to get pricing on we will need a copy of the plans along with some additional information such as the property site, utilities available etc to give you the most accurate quote possible. Please contact us so that we can get all of the details of your project.

  If you are not quite sure of what you are looking for you can start here and select a plan that is approximately the square footage and layout that you are looking for.

  Your new home can be built directly as is from any of these plans or you can can into the office and customize the size and layout to fit your exact needs.

  Once you have selected a plan as a starting point we will build your house on our computer. You will be able to see your new house from every angle inside and out. At this point you make any changes to the floor plan by moving walls, re-arranging cabinets, selecting the type of materials that you would like for roofing, siding etc. Add decks or porches etc.

  The next step will be for us to give you a turn key package price based on the information that we have collected. This usually takes approximately 10 - 14 days. We do not simply take the square footage and multiply it by a square foot number in order to come up with an approximate price, we actually contact all of our sub contractors and give them the details of your house in order to get the most accurate price for your home.

  We don't need every little detail at this point but the more information the better!

  Once we have agreed on the price we will need to collect a deposit so that we can order the final plans from Wausau or finalize our plans if we will be stick building your home.
