  Well it's been 5 years since we got together and laid out our lake home ideas and thoughts in front of you. True to form you turned it into a dream. After nearly a year of talking with so many other planners and builders and each time coming away skeptical or worse, we were at the point of thinking maybe we should just sell the property.

  Not a one could come up with a home that met our needs and wants and could do it at what we felt was a reasonable cost. That was until your name and company as well as Wausau Homes came up a few times. When we left the Copper Country after our first meeting, both of us felt we had found someone we could trust to put our dreams into reality.

  Not being there for most of the building process was a concern, which soon faded as your daily progress reports kept us fully up to date. When we were able to get there on weekends it was always refreshing to see the site neat without all the usual litter you find so often . We also appreciated the many trips Tom would make to the site to answer any questions we had whenever he learned we were going to be there. What's even more assuring is that he still does it. So when I hear all of these horror stories about building and builders I have to say thanks to you and your crews and sub contractors.

The best part...you did it under budget.
